Work from home 2020
6th Class, Scoil Mochua, 2020. We hope that you enjoyed your Graduation Day last Wednesday and the Online Graduation Ceremony. I think that it is fair to say that it was an emotional day but it was lovely to see you all! Have a fabulous summer. After the summer you will go from being the 'big fish' to being the 'little fish'. It is an exciting adventure. We have put a link here to Celbridge Library as they run a reading programme every year called 'Summer Stars'. There are also more links to stories read by Niall de Burca. Enjoy!

Target boards
There are a lot of websites being recommended but these interactive, competitive Target Boards are great for mental maths. There is a new one online each day (two levels) and the 'Leader Board' is great for those of you who like a bit of healthy competition. Enter the code UKK6784 when logging in. We hope to see some names we recognise there!
World vision Essay competition
The title is, 'How We Can Save Our Planet'. This might be an interesting alternative to the English work that has been set. Any budding writers out there? Further information in the link below or on the website

Sese TOPIC Easter RISING 1916
Our History topic for March is the Easter Rising 1916. In preparation for trips to Glasnevin Cemetery and Kilmainham Gaol, it would benefit the children to do some reading and research on the topic. We will add to the links below over the next few weeks.
