Debating club has started once again in Scoil Mochua. Children from 6th class meet each Thursday in room 23 at lunchtime.
We play games, debate topics and practise speaking in front of an audience.
This is a supportive, relaxed environment where the children can work on their public speaking skills.
Debating is a fun way to develop empathy and critical thinking skills. It is also a great way to build confidence.
