There was a different theme each day:

Little things you do every day can really help your sense of well-being. Some time outdoors, a laugh with a friend, helping out at home- all these things can help improve our happiness and sense of belonging.

At home activities to try during wellbeing week

Mindful Monday is all about tuning into our senses in the present moment. 
Take deep breaths and take note of what you are sensing.
