Scoil Mochua is celebrating Well-being Week 2025 from Tuesday the 6th to Friday the 9th of May.
There is a different theme each day:
Thankful Tuesday
Wellness Wednesday
Take Care Thursday
Friendly Friday

Little things you do every day can really help your sense of well-being. Some time outdoors, a laugh with a friend, helping out at home- all these things can help improve our happiness and sense of belonging.
What can you do to help your sense of well-being? Could you affect the well-being of a friend or family member?

At home activities to try during wellbeing week

Mindful Monday is all about tuning into our senses in the present moment.
Take deep breaths and take note of what you are sensing.
Or follow along a video for infants to 2nd class here.

Mndfulness video suitable for 3rd to 6th here.
